Prof. Dr. Sebastian Faust

Prof. Dr. Sebastian Faust ist seit 2017 Mitglied am Fachbereich Informatik. Er leitet das Fachgebiet Angewandte Kryptographie. Seinen Doktortitel erlangte er 2010 an der KU Leuven in Belgien. Danach war er Postdoktorand an der dänischen Aarhus Universität, bevor er ein Marie Curie IEF Stipendium an der EPFL in der Schweiz erhielt und später eine Assistenzprofessur an der Ruhr Universität Bochum antrat. In Darmstadt hat er nun eine Vollprofessur.
