Research Interests

I am a post-doctoral researcher in the group of Prof Dr Johannes Buchmann working on long-term secure systems within Project S6 of the collaborative research centre CROSSING funded by the DFG.

  • Design of Long-Term Secure Systems
  • Security Models for Long-Lived Systems
  • Computational Complexity

LINCOS: Long-term integrity and confidentiality system

LINCOS architecture overview

LINCOS is a storage system that achieves long-term confidentiality and integrity protection by combining information-theoretic cryptography with renewable cryptography. Thereby, the confidentiality protection is secured against long-term brute force attacks and employs mitigation for the failure of individual cryptographic components.

Implications and Separations in Cryptography

I have created a web page that visualizes implications and separations between cryptographic primitives in an interactive graph.

The graph represents a set of known implications and separations, but it is by no means complete. If you find that your favorite implication or separation is missing, or have any other comment, feel free to contact me.
