Since 2017, comprehensive student surveys have been conducted at TU Darmstadt every two years. Every summer semester, all enrolled TU students in the Bachelor's, Master's, and teaching degree programs are invited to participate in the comprehensive survey.
Students can complete the questionnaire online using an individual TAN, which will be sent by mail between Monday, April 26, 2021, and Wednesday, April 28, 2021. It takes about half an hour to complete and is anonymous and voluntary. Students who have lost their TAN or do not have it at hand can send an e-mail to the TU's Center for Educational Development and Technology (HDA) and will receive a new one within 24 hours.
The clients of the student survey are the Vice President for Studies, Teaching, and Diversity, Prof. Dr. Heribert Warzecha, and the Department of Studies and Teaching. Intensive work is being done with the data collected since 2017. Student feedback forms an important piece for departments and study areas as well as the university management and have an impact on the (further) development of study programs and university strategic decisions (e.g. internationalization). In the past, for example, they have already led to adjustments of institute homepages, the introduction of new study regulations and triggered debates, e.g. about the availability of learning spaces or the examination load of students.
So join in and level up together!
