Founded more than 100 years ago under the name Ernst-Ludwig’s-Hochschulgesellschaft, the Association of Friends of TU Darmstadt currently gathers around 2,200 alumni and 80 member companies. Its central concern is the promotion of science at Darmstadt University.

Every year, the Association gives awards for outstanding academic achievement and best doctoral dissertation.

RTG’s Dr. Alina Stöver won the prize this year for the best doctoral dissertation in the Department of Humanities, Institute of Psychology, Research Group “Work and Engineering Psychology”.
