Virtual Reality (VR) has shown great potential in supporting cognitive learning to prepare people to act/react better in real-world scenarios. However, virtual environments that reproduce all the details of real-world places are resource-intensive and very time-consuming to produce. Furthermore, it is not yet clear what level of detail is optimal to different specific tasks.
Investigate the impact that different levels of detail in VR environments have in people’s behavior when acting/reacting in the corresponding real-world scenarios.
