During his recent three months stay at the US east coast, Professor Mühlhäuser presented TU Darmstadt’s research on privacy and trust when he gave a “Tech Talk” at Intel Corp. in Hillsboro, Oregon.
He delivered another “Tech Talk” speech about research on Human Centered Interaction at Microsoft Research in Redmond, Washington. He also presented an invited talk at the “Bay Area Multimedia Forum” < www.bamff.org > in Palo Alto (cf. August 21 event). Professor Mühlhäuser will also speak at the IEEE ISM Symposium on Multimedia 2015 in Miami in December.
He had already given a keynote entitled “Multimedia goes Big Data” at the Symposium in2014; this year, he was invited to deliver the tenth anniversary celebration opening talk at the workshop on Multimedia in Technology Enhanced Learning (MTEL), which is embedded in the symposium.
