Researchers from TK had a paper titled “PointCloudLab: An Environment for 3D Point Cloud Annotation with Adapted Visual Aids and Levels of Immersion” accepted at the 40th IEEE Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) in London.

In this work, the authors propose adapted visual cues to optimize the data annotation process of large-scale point clouds with higher levels of immersion. The work demonstrates how low annotation costs could be achieved by increasing the annotator's immersion within a virtual reality-based environment.
