2015/02/27

The Telecooperation Lab co-organizes the “2nd Workshop on Engineering Interactive Systems with SCXML” in conjunction with EICS'15, the 7th ACM SIGCHI Symposium on Engineering Interactive Computing Systems in Duisburg, Germany on (one of) June 23-26, 2015.

With the W3C SCXML standard for Harel state-charts, the W3C MMI architecture specification and related work from the W3C MMI working group, a promising suite of recommendations for the “HTML of multi-modal applications” was proposed. This 2nd installment of the workshop will provide a forum for academia and industry alike to discuss recent developments with regard to dialog modeling using state-charts and identify remaining short-comings in the operationalization and application of the related approaches. The keynote talk is given by Jim Barnett (chief-editor of SCXML).
