On 15 September 2026, our colleague Nils Dycke successfully defended his PhD thesis »Context-aware AI Assistance for Critical Text Assessment in Scholarly Peer Review« at the UKP Lab, TU Darmstadt.

The examination committee included Carolyn Rosé (Carnegie Mellon University), Prof. Justus Thies, Prof. Anna Rohrbach, and Prof. Iryna Gurevych (all TU Darmstadt).
