Liang Zhao is a doctoral researcher at the Chair of Applied Cryptography (CAC), Department of Computer Science, Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany. His research focuses are on the practical security of cryptographic implementations against physical attacks. In particular, he works on side-channel analysis, fault attacks, masking schemes, and the implementation security of post-quantum cryptography. More broadly, Ihe is interested in hardware security, post-quantum cryptography, secure multi-party computation, and lattice-based cryptography.
