We are always looking for outstanding PhD students and Postdocs to work on implementation security domain. For the PhD position, the candidate should have a BSc/MSc in IT-Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics with excellent grades. We are always looking of motivated BSc/MSc students to assist the researchers of the group. If you have knowledge, experience and expertise in the IT-Security domain, or can write C++/Python programs, or can develop hardware designs (VHDL/verilog), or can design PCBs and work with soldering iron, send your CV via email. The number of working hours per week is negotiable (6/8/10/12/…). The position can only be given to someone who is currently studying in a university in Germany.

In order to support the students as well as assist the teaching activities of the group, we are always looking for BSc/MSc students who can help with correcting the exercises, e.g., in the courses like “Digitaltechnik” and “Physical Attacks and Countermeasures”.
