Female Student Travel Award 2024
Are you a female student in computer science, electrical engineering, IT, or artificial intelligence? Apply by 12 May 2024 for the Female Student Travel Award 2024 to win one of ten stipends to attend a conference of your choice.

With the Female Student Travel Award, the collaborative research centers CROSSING and , the MAKI, the research training group Privacy & Trust, and the LOEWE center emergenCITY recognize exceptionally well performances of female students in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, and artificial intelligence. The ten award winners can attend one of the following conferences, which are focused on connecting female computer science and engineering researchers, to take advantage of the excellent networking opportunities during these events. Benefits
- Travel to and attend a conference: We will cover your travel expenses to one of the listed conferences, including train or plane tickets, accommodation, entrance fees, etc., in accordance with the travel expense guidelines of TU Darmstadt.

- Optionally, you can indicate in your application which conference you would like to attend. You are completely free to choose from the listed conferences. The choice has no influence on the selection of the winners.
For the two stipends offered by CROSSING, bachelor and master students of all our CROSSING research partner universities can apply, i.e., female students of TU Darmstadt, University of Duisburg-Essen, University of Paderborn, and University of Regensburg are eligible.
