Michelle Huong wins RTG Privacy and Trust Female Student Travel Award 2024

This year’s winner of the RTG Privacy and Trust Female Student Travel Award is Michelle Huong. Ms. Huong is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the Technical University Darmstadt, and is active in various STEM programs and initiatives.
Ms. Huong intends to use her grant to participate in the Women Engineers Conference that will take place from October 24 to 26, 2024, in Chicago, USA. This will, no doubt, be an extraordinary event for this extraordinary woman, which will hopefully motivate her to pursue her career in science.
Female Student Travel Award 2024 marks its 11th anniversary this year and is awarded to female students of computer science, electrical engineering or IT at TU Darmstadt. Research networks MAKI. ELIZA and CROSSING, the Research Training Group Privacy and Trust for Mobile Users and the LOEWE Center emergenCITY each award travel grants for outstanding academic achievement.
