Summetix

Summetix is a spin-off of the computer science department Ubiquitous Knowlede Processing (UKP) at TU Darmstadt. summetix GmbH, which markets the Summetix technology, can extract key information from texts with its leading algorithms – and 2000 times faster than a human reader.
Energy Robotics

Founded as a spin-off of the Simulation, System Optimization, and Robotics department at Technical University of Darmstadt , Energy Robotics is a pioneer in mobile robots for remote monitoring of industrial facilities. Energy Robotics offers the first commercially available software solution for intelligent robot control and cloud-based fleet management of autonomous mobile ground robots for remote inspection and monitoring in harsh and challenging environments.
Freemotion Systems

The startup Freemotion Systems, founded out of the computer science department Simulation, System Optimization and Robotics, wants to enable wheelchair users to achieve self-determined mobility with the WalkerChair. The innovative wheelchair is able to overcome semi-autonomously and safely all barriers of everyday life. The development of a functional demonstrator is funded by the state of Hesse.
PolyCrypt

The PolyCrypt team develops secure decentralised software using security and privacy-by-design principles using state-of-the-art technologies such as blockchain/off-chain and secure cryptographic algorithms and protocols. The spin-off arose from a research project at Prof. Sebastian Faust's Department of Applied Cryptography.

As a technology partner, clickbar. brings technical expertise to companies: The team develops technical concepts, modern web apps and mobile applications. In this way, the young company makes the opportunities of digitalization tangible for every company. clickbar. was founded by two graduates of the Department of Computer Science.
