Within the ArgumenText project, UKP Lab develops novel Argument Mining methods for extracting arguments from large and heterogeneous text sources in order to facilitate decision making processes. The project is funded from May 2017 – April 2020 within the VIP+ program of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The project aims to validate methods for mining argumentative structures in heterogeneous contexts in industrial use cases.
