On 10 February 2017 UKP doctoral candidate Christian Stab successfully defended his thesis, Argumentative Writing Support by means of Natural Language Processing.

The referees of the dissertation were Iryna Gurevych (TU Darmstadt), Marie-Francine Moens (Catholic University of Leuven), and Manfred Stede (University of Potsdam).
