Six papers accepted at IJCNLP, RANLP, and digital library conferences

Six papers from the Ubiquitous Knowledge Processing Lab (UKP) have been accepted for publication at upcoming conferences and workshops.

The following two papers have been accepted at the 6th International Joint Conference on Natural Language Processing (IJCNLP 2013):

  • Lisa Beinborn, Torsten Zesch, and Iryna Gurevych. Cognate Production using Character-based Machine Translation.
  • György Szarvas and Iryna Gurevych. Uncertainty Detection for Natural Language Watermarking.

The following two papers have been accepted at Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing (RANLP 2013):

  • Emily Jamison and Iryna Gurevych. Headerless, Quoteless, but not Hopeless? Using Pairwise Email Classification to Disentangle Email Threads.
  • Nico Erbs, Iryna Gurevych and Torsten Zesch. Hierarchy Identification for Automatically Generating Table-of-Contents.

The following paper has been accepted at the 76th Annual Meeting of the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIST AM 2013):

  • Judith Eckle-Kohler, Tri-Duc Nghiem and Iryna Gurevych. Automatically Assigning Research Methods to Journal Articles in the Domain of Social Sciences.

The following paper has been accepted at the 2nd Workshop on Mining Scientific Publications (WOSP 2013):

  • Nicolai Erbs, Iryna Gurevych and Marc Rittberger. Bringing Order to Digital Libraries: From Keyphrase Extraction to Index Term Assignment.
