Interdisciplinary talk series organized by WeRC in Summer Term 2011 at TU Darmstadt

In this talk series, the Web will be discussed from the point of view of different perspectives and disciplines. The speakers come from different departments of the Technische Universität Darmstadt, e.g. social studies, psychology, or computer science. Relevant application domains are: Web in education, Web at work, Web in humanities and social sciences, Web and security, or Web in scientific work. The talk series is coordinated by UKP Lab (Prof. Iryna Gurevych, Nico Erbs). After the talks, there will be joint lunch with the possibility for further discussions with the speakers.
