Niklas Jakob successfully defended PhD thesis

On May 18, 2011, Dipl.-Inform. Niklas Jakob successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled “Extracting Opinion Targets from User-Generated Discourse with an Application to Recommendation Systems”. Prof. Dr. Iryna Gurevych (Darmstadt) and Prof. Dr. Gerhard Heyer (Leipzig) have been the referees of his work. The thesis has been published as part of the Darmstädter Dissertationen D17 and is also available online.
