The Ubiquitous Knowledge Processing Lab at the Technische Universität Darmstadt (UKP-TUD) is pleased to announce the appointment of its head, Prof. Iryna Gurevych, to the Leibniz Institute for Educational Research and Educational Information (DIPF). In this capacity Prof. Gurevych will oversee cooperation between the two institutes on research in computer science education, and particularly on computer science methods for empirical pedagogical research and innovative educational information. In addition, the two partners have agreed to establish a joint professorship on Knowledge Mining and Assessment.
